Hart Park

My friends, Emi & Virginia, & I loaded up our three daughters in Emi's new car and headed out to Hart Park today. We were determined to feed the ducks. We had a nice little picnic until the girls saw the playground equipment. Then all they wanted was to play. So we played a little and then headed on our trek to feed the ducks.

Here is Emi pushing Sadie and her daughter Nina.

I'm ready for my close up!
Little Nina
We found a nice spot and started the feeding frenzy.
Here is Sadie, Emi, Nina, Atley & Virginia
The girls loved it!
There were more ducks than this but you get the picture.
At some point Sadie got bored with the ducks and decided playing in the dirt was more interesting
Oh and then she found her precious stick...I had a girl right?!
Here is the true shot. Both the other girls feeding the ducks while Sadie plays in the dirt.
Then we decided to go for a walk to the bridge/dam. The girls were absolutely enthralled with the waterfall and the bridge.
Then Sadie decided she needed to teach little Nina a few dance steps
Since Sadie can't stay in one place very long, she and I headed over to some turtle statues. She liked them because they were high enough that she had to climb but low enough that she didn't get scared or frustrated.
Then all of us headed over to a little patch of grass with dandelions. Nina and Atley loved them and picked the beautiful flowers. Sadie, well lets just say i may have watched the Addams Family while I was pregnant with her. She only picked the flowers that the blooms were gone. That's right the dead ones!

Then we headed back to the car and stopped for a few pictures on the rocks next to the pond.
