Easter Sunday

Can you believe how big she has gotten? I can't! I just love this picture. Looks like I planned it right?
My sweet angel

This was after Church so she was a little tired

Our Easter best.

Love my baby girl!

After Sadie had a nap we went outside to discover the Easter Bunny did come to our house.

She LOVED looking for all the eggs.

And LOVED opening all the plastic ones to see what was inside.

Here she is with her loot...oh and Strawberry Shortcake who helped.

After we were done inside we came in to find the Easter Bunny had left one more thing for us.

Yep...Introducing Baby Cupcake.

She has had a lot of fun with her new baby. Oh and the Easter Bunny didn't forget Mommy and Daddy. Mommy got Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part One and Daddy got a gift card for his game. All in all a pretty nice and low key day.

Coloring Easter Eggs

Our Easter weekend started out a little sad as Miss Sadie was sick. But Saturday she was feeling a bit better and so we helped out the Easter Bunny and colored some eggs for him.

She is inspecting Daddy's work to make sure he was doing it correctly.
coloring eggs is always fun and a bit messy

My hard workers. I just sat back and took pictures. hehe

Here is Sadie with her eggs. Daddy spelled out Sadie 2011 on these but you can't really see them in the photo.

So I helped out a little with photoshop.

These additional ones do have the names on them but like the ones above you can't read them.

Ok Mr. Easter Bunny we are ready for you!

Quick Trip to Disneyland

Sadie and I decided to make a quick trip down to Disneyland for the day. Next week we are going to have a couple of friends coming over everyday.

Sadie begged me to go on the teacup ride and then halfway through she didn't want to be on it anymore.

Sadie finally got to see Cinderella though. She was very happy about that. Cinderella was doing storytime so we sat and listened.

Is that Cinderella?!

As you can tell she was on the edge of her seat. At one point I had to hold her back so she wouldn't rush the stage. So do you think 3 is too young to be a groupie?

Guess who discovered the train this trip. Yep...we rode it most the day to be honest. haha.

Then we went to town square and had some lunch.

Softball Rules Our World

Our world right now consists of softball, softball and more softball. Sadie is getting better and actually plays a little now. But mainly she just comes because we have too and to get a ice cream after the game.

Sadie running home from 3rd. She is always the last batter so she gets to run all around the bases.
