Silent Nursery Door Project

I saw this on pintrest.  And I thought I could make it instead of buy it so I figured I could try.

So I grabbed a few items and started to figure it out.

I measured the door and cut that size material and batting.

I placed two rubber bands on a piece of the material right side up.

And placed a piece of material wrong side up.

I sewed along 3 of the sides

Then turned the material inside out.  It should look like this.

Then I placed the batting on the inside.

Folded the edge in and sewed along that edge.

This is the finished product. 

It works really well. The only thing I would do differently is add a little more batting.
